jkieley@asu.eduOpen the app and tap the Calendar tab. Select either Apple Calendar or Setmore. For Apple Calendar, you'll be prompted to grant calendar access. For Setmore, you'll need to enter your API key.
Go to Settings > Customize Timer Gauge. Here you can adjust the warning and urgent thresholds, as well as customize the colors for each timer state.
By default: Blue means plenty of time remaining, Orange indicates a warning (under 10 minutes), Red means urgent (under 5 minutes), and a pulsing red indicates overtime.
Yes! Once your calendar is synced, CueGauge works offline. However, you'll need an internet connection to initially sync with Setmore or to refresh calendar data.
CueGauge respects your privacy. Your calendar data is only accessed locally on your device to display your meetings. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.
For Setmore users, your API credentials are stored securely in your device's Keychain and are only used to communicate directly with Setmore's servers.
